Trading notes: Ripped from ニコニコ動画. Untracked. A gala concert celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Shiki Theatre Company, held from December 19 to 24, 1992 in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo. The program featured more than twenty musical numbers, including selections from West Side Story, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Phantom of the Opera, original Shiki musicals, and beloved Christmas songs. Trading notes: Conducted by Gerard Salonga; produced and written by Mickey Munoz; directed by Janice Dee; performed with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. Absolutely insane. My first concert in 6 years and the recording does not do the orchestra justice tbh. The first 20 minutes or so were slightly muffled because I was holding my phone on my lap, but I loosened up and put my phone on the mezzanine ledge afterwards. You can hear my friend and I talk a bit (usually not mid-song), and there are points where she asks me what song’s playing. Sorry about that. Includes Encore “Found/Tonight” but not “Dancing Queen” because I didn’t realise there would be two songs, lol. Also the conductor is Lea Salonga’s brother… I literally gasped so loud when I found out. Enjoy!

Master's notes: Cast members of The Osmonds musical reunite for one night to celebrate the music of The Osmonds. Jo and Ryan could not make it. Lyle was a young Osmond in the show, bought a ticket the concert and was asked to perform on the day. Max injured his leg so they did his songs first so he could go to A&E so the rest of the show was just Alex, Danny & Jamie for the Osmond group numbers. They took it in turns for lead vocals. Folder tracked audio and 6 videos.

Master's notes: ACT 2 ONLY! Act 1 got corrupted (I hate my phone), the squeaking of the chairs can sometimes be heard and the person behind me was also quite loud at times. But overall, an okay recording of this lovely concert raising money for a variety of queer charities.

Master's notes: The theatre got new speakers recently which caused the audio to be slightly echoey unfortunately. Some of the actors were also quiet at times (mostly Nic, during Another Day of Sun and Only Us). I had a lot of fun nonetheless! Includes a video of encore. Lots of laughter and cheering and sometimes you can hear weird things in my mic because I was using my phone to take videos while it was also recording audio. The setlist is also included in a .txt file written by me. Trading/gifting allowed; recording is allowed at this venue so if any of this audio gets posted publicly I won't be mad, but it's not worth doing, there are already better video recordings all over the place!
