Trading notes: Beautiful rendition of virtuoso comedy prog songwriter Elio of Largo al factotum. The entire band got into dresses and wigs and performed the song live at the National Festival of Sanremo. Orchestral instrumental + band. Elio stops in the middle of the famous line Figaro, just to be able to say figa (pussy) on Italian television.

Il bancarottiere di Siviglia
- A rendition of Largo al factotum sung on May 1, 2018 at the National Labour Day Festival (Concerto del primo maggio). The lyrics are changed to make fun and criticise the politician and Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi (the song is emphatically titled Il bancarottiere di Siviglia: the bankrupter), reflecting his corruption and the different convictions he had at the time. Peak music orchestration and use of happening performances.

The Rome Opera House’s traveling project transforms a semi-truck into a mobile theater, touring the squares, courtyards, and urban spaces of the capital and its metropolitan area. The opera is presented in a streamlined version designed for urban spaces, yet one that preserves the musical and theatrical richness of the original score.
Great singers, an original scenography, a lion tamer Barber in what can be considered a new and fresh take that brings the opera back to its origins.
