Mamma Mia! (14 recordings)

Trading notes: Performances in this video have previously been incorrectly attributed to Aaron Lazar (Sam) and Monica Kapoor (Ali). Does not include the curtain call or bonus songs.

Trading notes: In honor of the show's recent closing, here is a capture of the Broadway cast from last fall. The cast has a great energy and the show is a ton of fun. There is one head that obstructs the front/center of the stage; it's worked around as much as possible, but it does occasionally block the action. The Entracte and the first 30 seconds of Under Attack are missing at the beginning of Act Two. Other than that, there are a couple quick dropouts, but no major blackouts. It's filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call, the first two encore songs, and playbill scans. B

Trading notes: A very poorly filmed video of the first act, however the videos quality is very good. Probably not the best video you can get hands of, but certainly gives you a good idea of the Belgian version of the show. Note that theres no neon floor in this video, however it shouldnt be much of a problem as you can hardly see the floor the majority of the time.

Trading notes: Shot between heads, so while this is not the best camerawork, it's done as best as possible. The quality is generally great, though zooms are a little pixelated. The neon floor is present, which makes up for all that. The singing and acting are sincere, overall a wonderful production.

Trading notes: A stage shot of the new Essen cast, featuring Anna Montanaro as Donna. The cast give a great performance, however the video quality is almost unwatchable. The colours are incredibly bland, and the footage is grainy with a constant brown hue. Not sure how this happened—the other Essen stageshot must have used the same camera. Also its worth noting some technical problems—In Mich Tregt Mein Traum, the large moon is delayed in its entrance and as a result the projection comes on, which leads to the scene having two moons. Another thing is that the Overture wave gobo goes out of control after the show and starts projecting sideways and someone steps up onto the stage after the show. Also, this performance had a green neon floor during Dancing Queen.

Trading notes: Lika Rullas final show as Donna. Multi-angled proshot. Very high quality soundboard recording. Unfortunately, there is hardly any crowd ambience, which can make it sound odd at times. Includes finale megamix, with Waterloo sung in English. Has a ‘movie musical feel to it, including credits and a cool intro.

Trading notes: This was the final performance in Moscow until the tour that went there in 2012. Its a multi-angled proshot, with a soundboard recording, which also includes crowd ambiance. The megamix is included and Andrey Birin (the guy who plays Sky) calls his girlfriend on stage after the reprise of Dancing Queen to propose to her. Easily one of the best recordings of the show Ive seen! The quality of this performance is far better than Lika Rullas last performance. Except this one doesnt include the Entracte for some reason.

Master's notes: Cast also includes the Muny teen youth ensemble and the Muny/Webster Intensive participants. Filmed in 1080p HD. Act 1 incomplete - ends after Super Trouper. Act 2 complete. Some obstruction from heads in Act 2, but shot around as best as possible. Little obstruction in Act 2. Fair amount of washout in some scenes. Released together with July 22, 2016. NO PART OF THIS VIDEO IS EVER TO BE POSTED/SHARED/GIFTED ANYWHERE ONLINE including but not limited to YouTube, Tumblr, Vimeo, Reddit, Torrents, social media, etc. Never to be sold except by master.

Master's notes: Due to late seating and high usher presence there are a few blackouts in act one, and the end of thank you for the music and the final song are both wide shot. There’s a lot of obstruction of the left middle part of the stage which is worked around to the best of my ability, and some wandering throughout the video, both of which improve in act two.

Trading notes: Has some washout and compression artifacts, as can be seen in the screenshots.
